Frequently Asked Questions

When will my items be shipped?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your items to be meticulously printed, prepared, and packaged. Once your order is ready, standard shipping typically takes about 3 to 7 business days (shipping times may be longer depending on the destination and during peak holiday seasons).

Shipping times are calculated with business days, which are Monday-Friday, not including weekends or holidays.  If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact: customerservice@florenceparkshop.com

Where are my items shipping from?

To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we partner with premium shipping companies across the globe.

How will my items be shipped?

Items are shipped out by all the major ecommerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Because every piece is custom-crafted immediately upon order, we begin processing your items right away. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please ensure your sizing and shipping information is correct before finalizing your purchase.

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the US and UK. For orders under $75, or for international destinations, shipping is calculated directly at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items. 

What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?

If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The buyer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.

Why isn't my order going through?

Make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not be processed. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered in during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use the current browser version when browsing the site.

Can I return my order?

If you don't love your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Please contact us at customerservice@florenceparkshop.com with your order number, reason for return and the item you’d like to return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
